Let’s talk supplements…they should simply be an add on to your regimen not the main reason you’re going to succeed in your health and fitness journey.
They are a good thing to add to your routine for maximum vitamin & nutritional support. However it’s not going to necessarily make or break your overall success.
It will help boost your productivity, focus, mental clarity, effort in the gym, mood, etc.
I recommend supplementing protein powder to conveniently reach your daily macros, collagen for hair skin & nails, and preworkout for before the gym for that extra boost of strength and endurance, a daily vitamin, & a pre & probiotic.

Fitness Tips to Stay Active & Feel Better
1) Strive for at least 150 minutes of exercise per week.
Break it down to 40 minutes 4 days a week, 30 minutes 5 days a week, or however, you’d like! Choose what works best for your lifestyle.
2) Cut your coffee calories.
Cut calories in your morning cup of coffee by skipping the multiple servings of heavy cream, or super sugary Starbucks frappacinos. Instead, try drinking it black or reducing your amount of each.
3) Thoughts become things, so master yours.
Thoughts are powerful; bring awareness to yours. Do you encourage yourself with body positivity or hold yourself back with negativity? A change in mindset could be all it takes to get your health on track.
4) Eat the rainbow 🌈
Eat foods that are closest to their natural state as possible. Aim for whole, fresh foods in a rainbow of colors. Tip: shopping this way actually costs less too and will have you feeling satisfied longer.
5) Avoid too many processed & packaged foods.
Watch out, because processed foods have a plethora of negative side effects. Generally speaking, the fewer the ingredients, the better the food. Taking a quick look at food labels can tell you a lot of what you need to know.
