Blog: Health and PE (6-1-21)
Today marks the six-month period of me measuring and tracking my progress through the PE journey you all have embarked with me. But, PE is more than just pumping, stretching, and other methods to increase size. It's also about your overall general health, mental well-being, and what you put into your mouth directly affects how well your penis works. And so, I've decided that this month will be the start of my fully transparent journey. And with that transparency, I need to address my absence. Due to a family matter, I started drinking heavily, which I don't do, and it resulted in a temporary spout of ED where I could get an erection but it was hard to maintain it. So, talking to you guys about PE would have been pointless and I wasn't in the best mental state. And things like those will drastically affect your ability to grow during PE, but I wanted to get that out of the way first.
Things that are changing:
For starters, I will be working out every day, whether that's at home, my local gym, or the gym at my job. My workout will consist of heavy lifting, but I will be equating more cardio-based and endurance routines. With this being said, I will also be taking my coconut oil and my Bathmate to my local gym and job to use. And everything will be documented. I will also be going over the foods I eat and how they relate to PE and general health.
Some of you may be wonder how I can give advice on health when I weigh three hundred fucking pounds. And the simple answer is, my fat ass knows better and I used to be one hundred pounds lighter. Years back I got a flesh-eating virus that made me very sick and bedridden for months. And I've been using that situation as a shitty excuse for years now as to why I'm fat, and to be honest, it's pathetic. I was a fat kid, then I lost weight, and then I became a fat and lazy adult. In fact, I will be wearing self fat-shaming shirts in public that will encourage strangers to call me fat when they see me wearing them. I know it's drastic but I'm tired of having titties.
Starting Baseline:
Weight: 320.9lbs
Length: (Will be updated when I do the Clone A Willy kit)

On the 1st of June, I will use the Clone A Willy kit to mold my erect size. This way, I can have a baseline size to compare down the road. But, I want your opinion as to when I should create another molding.
The reason why I want to do a molding versus just using a tape measure is that I want you all to see the visual changes as well. Sometimes when guys say they increased half an inch in girth or length. It can be hard to understand how significant those gains are.
Also, since I've been fully cleared to hit the gym again, I will be taking the dietary and chemical route to lose weight faster. I wanted to drop more weight before using the kit, but I've been stagnant for a few months. So I want to take more extreme measures to drop the weight.
And this Sunday (30th), my schedule will be changing for the better. I've told my job I refuse to do this weird mixture of late and early work, which means that I will focus more of my time on content. My goal is to get to fifty followers on here by October, and if I can do that then it will be easier to take an extra day off every week to focus solely on content.

Note: It's been a while since I've hit the gym or that I've done anything stressful on my body like working out. My "turtled" size has always been a little bit pathetic compared to my flaccid length, which makes sense because you do something stressful on your body. Your body's normal reaction to shrinking the size of your penis because your body wants to redirect flow to more vital muscles.
Also, it's been quite some time since I've gone commando as well. And it's weird to be happy that I'm uncomfortable with how my dick sits in my pants leg. I'm thrilled to use the Clone A Willy kit so that I can start tracking my growth.
Posting today as an update I think I got food poisoning from White Castle and I had to call off of work. But I feel so much better, I need to get better with updating you all about stuff.

What do I post?
As stated I like to post penis enlargement content, things like jelqing, pumps, and other methods that can be used in order to enlarge your penis. Enhance your sex life, and make sex more enjoyable for you and your partner. Everything I talk about is based on years of research and self-experimentation and I'm always seeking new information.
What do I not post?
Porn. I doubt I will ever post a video of me having sex with my wife or any other sexual activities. While I have and do post solo male videos I do not personally consider them to be pornographic because I like to talk about the herbs and vitamins I take in order to increase my semen volume. And strengthen my sperm in order to have the best swimmers possible. I consider my content to be educational, so the odds of me ever posting about how I'm a "sexy black bull that wants to fill you up." Won't ever happen, and yes that was an actual request. While I understand that there may be an arousal point for some men and women on here, that is not the focus of my content.
How big am I?
Fully erect, without pushing my fat bad back I'm 7.5" (19.05 cm), and when I go bone pressed I'm over 7.75" (20 cm) and my girth is 5.8" But to be straightforward with you, I don't really talk about my size that often because the number on the ruler isn't my ruler. My goals aren't set in inches, they're set by how my size makes me feel and more importantly how it makes my wife feel. One thing you will quickly learn from my content is that we don't talk about rulers, in my opinion, the porn industry has polluted our minds that if your dick isn't the size of your sexual partner's forearm then you're small. That's total fucking bullshit, and I want to break that stigma. But, on the flip side, I'm working as hard as I can to lose weight that way I can get rid of all my fat and use my Clone-A-Willy kit to compare my size over time.
Other things about me.
I don't mind debating people about PE, but I do not engage in fallacy arguments. I do not think PE will work for guys with a medically diagnosed micropenis, so I will not debate with that argument, nor will I engage in arguments. I consider myself a laid-back person, I love to help and chat so please be respectful at all times because I have nothing but love for you brother.
What I hope to accomplish.
Besides getting bigger I hope to establish a community where we can exchange thoughts and ideas and grow together. I hope to make enough where I can support myself and my family but at the same time where I can focus on making content because I love doing it! My goal is to give away products, work with legit companies such as Bathmate to give you all free products, discounts and to test other PE methods, and give you my honest unbiased opinions. I still will be working on the "PE Bible" but I quickly learned that it's become more difficult to make a finite book on PE when I'm working on getting myself to the size I want to be. Blog: Yohimbe and PE
Today I picked up some more Yohimbe from GNC, and I wanted to write a small blog about why I take it. First, I've been off of it for a few months, and the reason is that it seems to wear off for me after about six months of constant use. I like to use it mainly for energy, but it does have its pros and con's so let's go over those.
PRO: Yohimbe is a natural bark, which I am a fan of. Personally, I'm not particularly eager to take Tylenol for a headache because I'm not a fan of medication. It's also a stimulant, and I've replaced it with my energy drinks because, let's face it. Those aren't the best thing to be putting into your body, especially with all the preservatives that are in them. Also, it helps to burn belly fat, and as you all know, that is a massive goal of mine.
And in regards to PE, Yohimbe helps with getting and maintaining a very strong erection. It's a little too good at doing that. You will know when the Yohimbe kicks in because you might feel a little jittery. And then suddenly, your dick will get hard for no reason, which is excellent when you want it to.
But bad when you're not expecting it. The first time I took it a few years back. I quickly left my local recreational pool because I couldn't get my erection to go down. And getting arrested for indecent exposure wasn't on my things to do that day.
When doing any form of PE, it can indeed be a powerful tool, especially when combined with L-Arginine, which helps your body create nitric oxide.
CONS: As I mentioned earlier, if you're not used to stimulants, it can cause jitters. I can consume 600mg of caffeine and still be tired enough to go to bed by the end of the day. And I will still get a rush of jittery energy when I take it.
It can also cause an increase in heart rate, which I wouldn't recommend if you take heart medication. Or if you already have heart issues. Remember guys. I'm just some dude on the internet, so please consult your doctor before taking anything, especially if you're already taking medications. I'm a huge fan of natural herbs, but sometimes herbs can interact with medicines. And I wouldn't recommend you take it if you're drinking caffeine.

Sorry guys, the whole people not showing up to work thing seems to be happening in all aspects of work. The second I got back to my job, I've been bombarded with extra work. And saying no in my line of work is putting a target on your back from managers when you need their help in the future.
But my new work pick is coming up soon, and I will be reducing my hours and working nights. If I work nights, that will leave my morning open because even when I work at four PM. I still wake up early in the morning because of how my natural sleep schedule works. For example, it's 3:53 am when you're reading this. I have to be at work by 6 am, to then be off by 8 am. To then go back by 4 pm to be off at 2 am.
When I pick my new schedule, I will be getting rid of the morning work altogether.
Weightloss Blog (5-6-21):
One of my biggest motivators for losing weight isn't just to get healthy. But, because it will be insane how big I will get when this fat is gone. Besides doing keto, which helped me go from three hundred and sixty-five pounds to three hundred and eighteen.
I also drink Matcha and Green Tea, with a splash of Apple Cider Vinegar. That helps to regulate your sugars and increase your metabolism. But, I'm also fasting for twenty hours and eating for four hours. Also, those elevated sugars can be a significant factor in erectile dysfunction, so keeping them low is a must!
Side Note: I just got back to work earlier than I expected, but I will get back on my PE schedule. My last paycheck was only $200, and my workers comp for my injury was denied. So it fucked me up financially speaking.
A Simple Pumping Day (4-30-21)
I started with four pumps of the bathmate, one pump session with the air pump for four minutes and thirty seconds. And then, I increased the air pump by two psi for thirty seconds.

BLOG: Finding the Right Pump (4/29/21):
Recently I've been lurking through Reddit, and I was recommended a page called r/bathmate. And to be honest, I've learned quite a few things on there about the different types of routines, and I like seeing other people's progress.
But one thing I've seen frequently is that guys are buying pumps that are way too big for them. On the left is the Hydromax 9 and on the right is the standard Bathmate 7. As you can see, seven inches in one pump is different in each one of them.
When you have a pump that is too big, you have to use more pressure to achieve the same results you would have in a properly fitting one. And that leads to over-pumping and more fluid build-up than actual growth.
The goal is to outgrow your pump and the idea of growing into a pump is incorrect. What I mean by out grow your pump is that when you have a properly fitting pump. Once your expansion has filled the pump, meaning that your penis is touching the cylinder's walls. It's time for you to move onto a slightly bigger pump.
That process takes time, and it doesn't mean that you try and pack the tube in one session so that you can move up to something bigger. Once you've used the pump for a few months, and pumping has resulted in actual girth gains. Then it will be time to move up to a pump that is the same length but wider in terms of girth.
Growing into a pump refers to you buying one that's too big with the hopes of filling it out eventually. While this can be done, the PE progress will take much longer, you're more than likely to cause penile fatigue from over pumping. And if you're using a vacuum pump without a proper way to keep the penile tissue warm. You're more than likely to cause injury or bruising.
The thing with the Bathmate, is that when you consider the length and compression of the bellows. The cylinder may be seven inches, but the total overall length of the pump could be nine or ten. And the same applies to the much larger Hydromax 9.
In conclusion, be sure to find a pump that fits you properly if you're trying to achieve girth.
I'm about to embarked on a three day fast that consists of nothing but matcha tea mixed with Apple cider vinegar. Since I haven't felt up to cooking due to my back hurting I just ate whatever, and I know better. Time to get back on the horse.
