The second I got back to my job, I've been bombarded with extra work. And saying no in my line of work is putting a target on your back from managers when you need their help in the future. But my new work pick is coming up soon, and I will be reducing my hours and working nights. If I work nights, that will leave my morning open because even when I work at four PM. I still wake up early in the morning because of how my natural sleep schedule works. For example, it's 3:53 am when you're reading this. I have to be at work by 6 am, to then be off by 8 am. To then go back by 4 pm to be off at 2 am. When I pick my new schedule, I will be getting rid of the morning work altogether.
