That helps to regulate your sugars and increase your metabolism. But, I'm also fasting for twenty hours and eating for four hours. Also, those elevated sugars can be a significant factor in erectile dysfunction, so keeping them low is a must! Side Note: I just got back to work earlier than I expected, but I will get back on my PE schedule. My last paycheck was only $200, and my workers comp for my injury was denied. So it fucked me up financially speaking.
