4 sets of seated machine chest presses
2 sets of dB Flys
4 sets of tricep cable press downs
2 sets of weighted dips
2 sets of single arm over head tricep extensions
2 sets of close grip bench
Finished up with a high rep 3 step drop sets on a seated tricep extension machine.

Banged out some chest, tri and delt work tonight
Started with some heavy dB chest presses for 6 sets
Side lateral dB raises for 4 sets
Tricep press downs for 4 sets
Seated machine chest presses super setted with incline presses for 4 sets
Seated dB shoulder presses 4 sets
Single arm tricep rope extensions for 4 sets
Finished up with 2 super sets of dB kickbacks and diamond push-ups until failure.

Alright here's a little update on where I'm at.
Been slacking a bit these last few months
Still been in the gym at least 3 days a week though.
Gonna start posting my workouts and pics on here again.
As I start to get back in the shape I wanna be in I'll post some xxx content for those of you interested.
And yeah I shaved the facial hair... gotta see what's going on under there every once in awhile lol
Today my weight is at 246lbs. I peaked at 256lbs about a month ago but caught covid and dropped a bit.
Today I banged out some bicep and back work
Started with 6 sets of wide and close grip lat pull down
2 sets of bent over barbell rows
4 sets of ez bar preacher curls
2 sets of bent over dB single arm rows
2 sets of stand cable curls
4 sets of seated close grip cable rows
Finished up with 4 sets of seated machine preacher curls

Hit some chest, back, shoulders, biceps and triceps so far this week.
Had a death In the family though, so I'll be away until Sunday.

2 exercises per group 3 sets each exercise total of 18 sets for Chest, delts and tris
6 sets for biceps and triceps supersetted together. No rest between sets. Total 12 sets between each group.

Yesterday was a shit leg day. Ended up doing 6 sets of squats and then 1 set of hack squats before having to cut it short.
Tonight was decent though. Got some back and bicep work in

Well everything looks ok health wise.
Did another whole upper body workout this week and will be doing some leg work tonight. Next monday I will be starting fresh; back to 5-6 days a week training, and even though I didnt actually do a real cut this year I will be starting an increase in calories to pack on some more muscle and strength for fall/winter.

Been crazy the last few days and unfortunately missed the gym tonight again as they close at 9.pm! which is b.s.
Getting ready to do 200 normal push ups as well as 100 diamonds.
Will throw in 5 sets of db presses and 8 sets of db front and side raises. Limited to 10-80lbs dumbbells at home until I can get a bigger place and pick up a real home gym. Gonna try and make it to the gym tomorrow for bis and back if I get off in time, but they close at 7 on saturdays so we'll see what happens. Regardless Ill be starting fresh Monday.
