How to Get A Monster Dick: Day 004
1. Warm Up: 3-minute hot rag warm up. Tightly tuck the hot rag around your dick to ensure that the heat can pernitrate the soft tissue. Using your finger, place it in the middle of your shaft and bend your dick upwards; that way, it stretches the tissue at the bottom. Then put your finger on the bottom half of your dick and bend it downwards to stretch the top tissue. Then place your finger on the right side of your dick and bend it to the right to stretch the left tissue and then repeat on the opposite side.
NOTE: This warm up routine is vital when it comes working on length routines because when increasing length, being malleable and warm is key to success. The warm up technique for length and girth can vastly differ and that's because the goals are also different.
2. Rotational Stretch: Lightly griping under your glans and lightly stretching your dick in a forwards direction. Rotate your dick very slowly in a circular motion, a full rotation should take no less than ten seconds.
NOTE: You are not twisting your dick. You're rotating it in a circular motion and you should feel the stretch throughout your shaft and not at the base of your dick. If you feel it at the base you're pulling way to hard. Remember PE, especially when it comes to stretching. Is a gradual process and there should be ZERO force used when doing it.
3. Directional Jelq x25: Slowly do five jelqs with your dick curving to the right, then five jelqs to the left, five jelqs going upwards, five going downwards, and five regular jelqs.
4. Warm-up: Hot rag for two minutes
5. Jelq x25: Single-handed slow jelqs
6. Hot rag warm-up: Do a directional stretch with a hot rag. While the hot rag is on, gently stretch your dick to the right and hold it for ten seconds, then to the left and hold it for ten seconds. Then outwards (point straight) and hold it for ten seconds. With your finger, place it long ways in the middle of your dick and stretch your dick upwards so that it GENTLY bends upwards and hold it for ten seconds, then repeat the opposite waypoint your dick downwards.

1. Hot rag warm-up ( 3 minutes): While performing this routine warm-up, place your other finger at the midpoint of your dick. For example, put your finger on the right side of your dick at the center of your shaft, then bend your dick to the right side towards your finger. This will allow the tissue on the opposite side of your dick to stretch. Hold that position for twenty seconds. Then repeat this process on the left side of your dick, the top, and the bottom.
* The purpose of this warm-up routine is to stretch all of the hard tissue making your dick more elastic and more comfortable to manipulate. *
2. 25 Directional Jelqs: This is a 5x5x5x5x5 technique where you will slowly jelq five times in a certain direction. 5 jelqs to the right / 5 jelqs to the left / 5 jelqs in an upwards direction / 5 jelqs in a downwards direction / 5 straight jelqs.
* This will mimic the hot rag routine because it's more focused on stretching the tissue in different directions allowing for more flexibility and obtaining length. *
3. Hot rag warm up (2 minutes): For this warm-up, tightly wrap your dick in the hot rag and perform as many slow Kegels as you can. You don't need to be erect for this, but if you do get an erection maintain it and keep kegeling. Once the hot rag is done, if you still are erect, continue with another warm up until your full erection subsides.
4. (REPEAT) 25 Directional Jelqs: This is a 5x5x5x5x5 technique where you will slowly jelq five times in a specific direction. 5 jelqs to the right / 5 jelqs to the left / 5 jelqs in an upwards direction / 5 jelqs in a downwards direction / 5 straight jelqs.
* This will mimic the hot rag routine because it's more focused on stretching the tissue in different directions allowing for more flexibility and obtaining length. *
5. Hot rag warm-up ( 2min): There's nothing special about this warm-up, merely using a hot rag to warm up.
6. 25 Uli Hold Jelqs: Using one hand, make the "OK" shape around the base of your dick and firmly (NOT SQUEEZING) that position and with the other hand perform a regular slow jelq from those fingers to below your glans. Remember to release pressure once the glans is reached so that you don't create to much pressure.
7. (REPEAT) Hot rag warm-up (2 minutes): For this warm-up, tightly wrap your dick in the hot rag and perform as many slow Kegels as you can. You don't need to be erect for this, but if you do get an erection maintain it and keep kegeling. Once the hot rag is done, if you still are erect, continue with another warm up until your full erection subsides.
8. 30 Split Directional Jelqs:
10 Upward jelqs: When performing this, your dick should be pointing upwards towards your stomach when performing jelq. You should feel the flow of the jelq through your dick and not from your pelvic area. If you feel this that means you're tugging instead of doing a proper jelq, so less you will need to 'pull' less hard.
5 Jelqs: To the right
5 Jelqs: To the left
10 Downwards Jelqs: When performing this, your dick should be pointing towards the floor. You should feel a flow going throughout your dick and, once again, no pulling sensation through your pelvic area. If you think that you once again are 'pulling' too hard.
9. Hot rag: Two minutes cool down while performing Kegels.

Apologies for the delay in content fellas, until the day comes where I can make Onlyfans a full career, my job is working me hard.
