BLOG: Vitamins that HELP You Grow!
Certain vitamins can be very helpful when it comes to PE progress, load size and erection strength and I'm going to go over what I take. And how I take them and why I chose said vitamins. First off I want to say this is not medical advice and I am not a medical professional so take what I say with a grain of salt. These vitamins are based off of my own research and results that I discovered for myself.
How I discovered these vitamins:
The misses and I have been trying to have a baby for a few years now with no luck. We started seeing a Reproductive Endocrinologist a few years back to see what could be wrong. And it turns out it was some fixable things with her. But when it came to me my volume, sperm count and motility where not only very high. But all in all besides a couple of weird tailed swimmers I was good to go. But since sperm count can very from time to time I wanted to make sure I was at my peak level at all times. And so when I did research on how to increase sperm count and strength that's when I discovered these herbs and vitamins. Now I'm telling you this back story for a reason. When we went to new RE's or they did an IUI or needed a sample my cum volume and count were so high the doctor wanted to know what I was doing. So I'm telling you this because I discovered these as a way to knock up my wife. And unless you're ready to do the same to your female partner I suggest you wear a condom. I'm going to go over each vitamin or herb I take and what they are supposed to do and have done for me. I'm also a fan of herbal healing over medication if the situation allows for herbs and vitamins. So once again, while I have done my research I am not a doctor.
Korean Panax Ginseng (KPG) 1500mg
PROS: KPG is used for overall health for your immune system. But it also has been found to help aid in the fight against erectile dysfunction. It also helps boost sexual desire and for me it helps boost sperm quality.
CONS: It can increase the effects of caffeine and interfere with medications that you're taking.
MY THOUGHTS: When I told our RE I was taking it he actually encouraged I up the dosage and continue taking it. It also appears to have helped my swimmers with the weird tails.
Maca Root 1900mg
PROS: It almost does the same things as KPG but in my opinion it takes things up a notch! It helps with libido, erectile dysfunction, energy, mood, fertility in both men and women. And the biggest one it helps increase load size while keeping your prostate healthy.
CONS: Maca Root has been shown to be safe overall but it's not recommended for people with thyroid issues.
Aswagandha 2100mg
PROS: Where to begin with this one!? It helps with mood and anxiety which we all know if you're head isn't in the right mindset then neither will your dick. Helps increase sperm count and motility. It helps to decrease sugar levels, helps boost natural testosterone, reduces inflammation and so much more.
CONS: No real side effects but pregnant women should avoid it. Some have reported a rash but I haven't seen anything.
Horny Goat Weed 750mg
PROS: The name says it all! It helps to increase flow to all the right areas as well as giving you stronger erections. It also helps with libido and stress. And in conjunction with the other supplements it really helps with load volume.
CONS: It's generally safe but it may cause low bloood (the proper spelling is a restricted word on Onlyfans) pressure or upset stomach. HGW is something I take every other day.
L-Arginine 1000mg
PROS: It helps increase nitric oxide in your body which is also what's needed for you to be able to get an erection.
CONS: May cause low bloood (the proper spelling is a restricted word on Onlyfans) pressure and over a few months of taking it more than likely you will have to take more of it. Your body eventually gets used to it and you will have to slowly increase the dose.
Saw Palmetto 500mg
PROS: Guys we should always think about our prostate and this is the supplement to help keep it healthy.
MY THOUGHTS: Now if you wanted to you could stop here to not only help increase your size but to also have more potent baby batter. But I will go on.
Yohimbe 450mg (WARNING)
PROS: Hard erections, frequent erections (sometimes while not aroused), huge increase in flow, energy and mental alertness. And it's a great aid with belly fat loss and it makes you horny as fuck. BUT...
CONS: May cause an increased heart rate, heart palpitations, jitters and it should not be taken with any caffeine. It also might make you feel anxious and it might give you an upset stomach.
MY THOUGHTS: With this one I recommend a very small dose and over time as you finish the bottle then you should increase the dose. Also, if you have any heart issues talk to your doctor first. For me personally it took me a while to get used to it but once I did things were fine. If I take it on an empty stomach I will throw up (that goes for anything really). And if I don't take it for a while it will make me very hyper. The frequent erections are a problem for me because of my size because they won't go down when needed. I got fired from a job because I was wearing stretchy pants and got hard and I couldn't make it go away.
And last but no least B-Complex and a multi-vitamin.

BLOG: The 5 Most Common PE Questions I Get. And Their Answers!
1. How big where you when you started and how long did it take? This is actually a good question to start with and honestly it makes sense to ask this one. When I first started my PE journey I was maybe 6.5" to 6.75" and I actually started learning about it because I believe bigger is always better. Whether that means your muscles are bigger, your bank account or even your dick. Now here's the issue when it came to how long it took. I never kept track of that because I never thought about teaching. And the reason why I talk about safety so much is because I had to learn the hard way of what not to do. So when I preach about warming up, proper stretching and taking breaks. It's because I don't want YOU going through the same things I did. So with me learning the hard way of how to do things I want to guess it took me a year to reach my current 8" (ish) size.
"Wait a whole year? This might take a year!? Oh bro I don't have time for that!" Which brings me to my next common question.
2. How long does it take to get results? This is a multi leveled questions for a few reasons. One, because there are stages to growth and two, everyone is different and three, proper technique. So less address the stages first when it comes to growth. The first thing you will experience is a more thicker feeling when you have an erection. This feeling is hard for me to describe honestly but it feels like your dick is more 'pumped' and harder. That's because the tissue has started reaching its current maximum capacity and is starting to stretch. The second stage is that you will start to notice more girth than length starting off. From what I have gathered from my personal experience and from my amazing test subjects girth comes before length. And once you start growing in both length and girth you might notice that you dick becomes a little darker if you are dark skinned ethnically speaking. Or darker or more red if you are already light skinned. The reason for this is now your dick is holding more fluid than it's used too but over time it adjusts.
Secondly, I use the analogy of bodybuilding a lot for two reasons. One because I love the sport and two because I feel it is accurate when it comes to growth expectations. My year long journey included a LOT of mistakes but as my wife will tell you I'm very stubborn and I don't know when to quit. Using the example of bodybuilding. If you took two people who were the same height, weight and age and you had them eat and workout the same way. They still wouldn't grow the same way and one might actually become stronger than the other in a faster time frame. All of our bodies function the same way but they heal differently and react differently. Some guys have reported that with in a few weeks they feel thicker and others said it took a month. I'm not here to sell you a "gain three inches in three weeks" bullshit program that you see on Porn sites all the time. If that was the case I would be the size of Julio Gomez and I would be in porn myself.
This process takes time, dedication, patience and most of all the proper technique and safety! Recently I had someone ask me, "I heard jelqing can be dangerous and I can mess myself up. How do I make sure that doesn't happen?" If you ever ask me that the first question I will ask is, "what's your warm up routine?" Warming up is key to keeping the tissue soft and making it more willing to stretch and grow. If you want to skip the warm up session because you're impatient than please stop doing my routines and go elsewhere. I take what I do very serious and I do not play around when it comes to safety. I will be working on a "How To Properly Jelq" video shortly after I write this blog that will go over step by step on the jelqing technique.
3. How long should I jelq for? This question I feel is due to a lot of misinformation online when it comes to PE. And I will tell you from personally injuring myself a while back it's NOT about how long you jelq for. It's about the routine, reps and sets that you jelq for and here comes another working out analogy. If you workout for three hours at the gym does that mean you had a better workout than someone who worked out for an hour? No. In fact it might mean you had a worse one and hear me out with this one. Just because you did something for a longer period of time that doesn't mean you did it properly or better. Penile fatigue is a real thing and it can lead to injuries and actually a reduction in size because your body is trying to heal sore tissue.
I mention a routine because it gives you a set number of reps to do, along with properly warming up and keeping fatigue at a minimum. It's not about how long you jelq and believe it or not it's not always a good idea to a long jelqing session starting off. At most I recommend a 25x25x25x25 session starting off. Meaning you do twenty five jelqs, rest and warm up, then twenty five more and repeat until you've done one hundred in total. And that's the end of that session for the day. I have argued with guys who feel that's not enough starting out because someone told them they need to do it for twenty five minutes. And to them I say, then I'm not the teacher for you. I in fact had a guy argue with me that he was going to combine my routine with someone else's and it would have him jelqing for almost an hour each day. That's absolute madness!
How my routines work are I will gradually have you start increasing the reps per set. This is just an example routine but the structure is the same.
MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, FRIDAY (WEEK ONE): 25x25x25x25
MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, FRIDAY (WEEK TWO): 25x25x25x30
MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, FRIDAY (WEEK THREE):: 25x25x30x35
MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, FRIDAY (WEEK FOUR): 25x30x35x40
And then on the next month it would look something like this.
MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, FRIDAY (WEEK ONE): 30x30x30x35
MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, FRIDAY (WEEK ONE): 30x30x35x40
The idea is to move up in small increments until you have reached no more than a 60x60x60x70 session which should take MONTHS to accomplish if done correctly! I feel that 250 jelqs in a session is more than enough especially if you start mixing in pumping routines when you become more advanced. And when I also show you other cool things as you start to grow.
4. "How long with it take me to grow __ inches?" I don't know. Once again that depends on proper technique both with jelqing and with warming up.
5. When is the PE Bible coming out? That's a very delicate work in progress that I have stopped and started because of my teachings. The more I teach and the more questions I get the more I realize I need to reevaluate things. Which is why I revamped my content all together and my videos are MUCH longer now for that reason. But I feel that once I reach a true 10" x6.5" that will be the perfect time to release the bible. I want to make sure it is the most accurate information I can give.
