Super-sunny outside but today is Elden Ring day today! So rather than enjoying the sun, I’m wearing yellow to bring the sun inside the house whilst I game my fingers off and pretend my radioactive decay assignment doesn’t exist at the mo. I’m kicking myself for not bought a backup PS5 remote cos the battery life on them just isn’t enough to handle how relentless at playing I can be 😂

Today I’ve gotta cast some pewter to make a few pendants (I don’t bother tying up my hair for that; worst that could happen is I get it stuck in a slow bench grinder 🤕) then nip out to town so buy some more stockings as I’ve decimated my last pair! If I could find some stockings as shiny as these super glossy (practically oily-looking!) tights I’ll be elated! Yesterday I learned what it feels like to be a silly Billy and run the car battery down, having no way to get into town in-time for my appointment 😭 today my dad saves the day again and he’s off to take me to Halfords to pick up a new car battery 🥺 I’m a foooooool (I left a bluetooth player on in there for two days unknowingly!) As a result of the battery being dud, the car wouldn’t let me lock the passenger door so anyone walking past could just get inside and have a rummage about in there! A little bit like this barely-there gold thong, really! 😂 I’ve been making life very complicated for myself these past few days so today I’ll be making a custom video and finally letting out some pent-up nerves 🤭

Just stepped onto Newcastle soil! Sad to be back (I am a sucker for mountains and forests; not a tonne of those here in Newcastle!). Here I am grinning that I managed to pick up some spooky high speeds to the glaciers and NOT fall off the bike or tip it over! 😄 my upper body strength is pathetic to to turn left or right I really had to put my all into it, resulting in a very knackered, achey breaky and super bruised moi 😅 can someone nip to mine and run me a nice hot back please? 🥺 maybe some chocolates? Guys… I’m shattered… up early today after maybe 3 hours sleep in two days. You know I’m a lazy girl and will spend all day in bed given the excuse; so I’m in sleepy zombie mode at the moment (albeit still excited to show off my violet iridescent bra)! However, I reckon hopping into the Sky Lagoon hot springs at 1 today should wake me up! I’ll either wake up, or sink, from eating so much liquorice yesterday trying my very best to stay awake 😅 When I’m a bit less delirious, I’ll get on my messages! Happy 1st February! The month I only indulge in Valentine’s Day via buying hoarded of chocolate the day after for half the price 😂 I finally got a grip and checked over my assignment late last night… I really was hoping I wouldn’t have dropped below 90% but Python programming annihilated me, so I got 88%! Tis almost the season for tangerine satin and I’m so excited! 😭 Winter used to be my favourite season, but ever since the boiler broke, I’ve been rooting for Spring and it’s fast-becoming my fav out of them all (and not just because my birthday is in Spring! Well… maybe a little!) I might start throwing this pose (scroll to the last pic!) every time I get new lingerie 😝 what do you reckon?! Maybe I should buy a hammock and live in this little corner forever. ☕️ Oh hey, I finished the wallpapering and putting up shelves in every conceivable spare bit of all in the kitchen with only one minor boo-boo injury! I squishied my thumb under the claw side of the hammer whilst taking old wall plugs out of the wall 🤢 absolutely no idea how I did it but yiiiiiiiikes it hurts still?! I somehow got my thumb stuck between the screw and the hammer and yanked it?! Not recommended 😌 Today is a day of science work and a wall earned play! Heh!

Basking in this sliiiiither of sunlight! 🌻 aw man, it really feels like Spring is well and truly on its way and I’m soooooo excited! 🧡 Soooo much DIY has been at the mercy of good weather lately that I’ve just been putting off doing it completely! (Including treating the decking but I’ll find a good excuse to put that off even in the summer cos I find it so boring 😂) Anytime it’s sunny I have a panging for some degree of big DIY (except the aforementioned decking!!!!) and today it’s finishing the kitchen wallpapering (the walls are truly wonky so it’s no mean feat and obviously I do it alone so it’s hard to reach the tall places! Good job I enjoy tinkering, ey! 😅)
