Life has so many oppurtunities for you when you allow yourself to seize them.
 Often our dreams seem so impossible, even though logically we know they are possible, deep down we convince ourselves that we are not worthy of reaching our goals, being happy, giving and receiving love. We study, learn, work and grind to be able to get further in what we love doing but somehow it seems that no matter how hard we try our goals just seem further away. From my own experience, when I look at my mistakes and failures, analyze them and try to see what went wrong, I often see how I set myself up for failure because some part of me thought I was not worthy of succeeding and that tiny little part of ourselves can ruin the much bigger part that wants the goal. If we subconciously feel unworthy of something, we subconciously get in the way of allowing ourselves to have what we want.
 This goes for pretty much anything, exercising, diet, school, work, love.
 
 Ask yourself.. Do I honestly, deep down believe I’m worthy of what I want and seek?
 If yes, then great! keep on loving yourself and others.
If no, try to find the reason why not. Is it a logical reason? or is it because the world has tried to convince you that you’re not worthy? No matter the reason… try to tell yourself every now and then: I am worthy, I deserve good things. I deserve love.
 Because you do, we all do.

                            This week I split my workouts into Push/Pull/Legs
 Today is Push day:
 
 Warm up:
 Incline treadmill
 I also warm up with lower weights in the first exercises.
 
 Bench Press
 Incline DB Press
 Pec deck chest fly’s
 Shoulder lateral raises
 Reverse pec deck
 Tricep rope pushdown
 Skullcrushers
 
 Stretch & foam roll
 
 This takes me around an hour at the gym.

                            This morning I worked out my back
 
 Workout:
 Incline treadmill for 5-10 minutes
 Close grip pulldown
 Barbell row
 Assisted pull ups
 Cable rows 
 Straight arm pulldown
 Heavy rack pulls
 Hyper extension
 
 Stretch for 10-15 minutes
 
 Cold shower/tub to help with stiffness and overall wellbeing
