It’s a great source of fiber and will help regulate your gut in a jiffy! The hills and terrain builds strong legs and booty, while the views make up for the fact that you won’t feel your legs the next day 🥵 (Swipe to see views) ⛰Make sure to bring enough water and fuel for your trek because you’ll be out for most of the day. Some energizing snacks I like to pack are trail mix, pb&j, and lots of water. It’s also important to have a hearty breakfast before you go. ⛰Protect your skin and apply sunscreen before and throughout tour hike. ⛰ and most importantly, slow down and enjoy the view, you’ll be surprised on how quickly the environments change.🎒 🧗🏻♀️

Keeping a daily journal has honestly impacted my life for the better and has expanded my possibilities. Not only have I been much more organized, but since I’m a visual person I’m able to really see how much I can get done in a day! Journaling also helps me stay grounded 🧘🏻♀️ I write down 3 things or more that I’m grateful for every morning and I believe it’s one of the main reasons my blessings keep coming! One thing that I’m beyond grateful for (and that’s consistently in my journal) is the connections I’ve made here on Onlyfans ♥️♥️

If you’re not able to go outside, due to weather or whatever reason, you can supplement your diet with vitamin D tablets or through vitamin D rich foods. Make sure you’re also loving your skin and wear some sunscreen to protect you from those UV rays! ♥️☀️
