A lot of you keep asking me, what I eat , how many times and how to eat a lot and stay fit๐Ÿ˜‹ ! Iโ€™m naturally skinny, yes, BUT , I still need to keep my body in a good shape !!! So hereโ€™s my secrets & tips ๐Ÿค“ โœ… My diet is about 'PROPER TIMING and the PROPER AMOUNT!' 1) I eat every 3-4 hours! Small portioned meals! ๐Ÿฅ˜ 2) Usually I don't eat carbs after 12pm (most of the time, only in the morning) but I eat CHOCOLATE ๐Ÿซ (dark 75-90%) & sometimes other sweets with black coffee โ˜•๏ธ. Because l love chocolate so much!๐Ÿ˜‹ l can't NOT EAT it, but it's better in the morning than AT NIGHT + 0atmeal or cottage cheese with berries ๐Ÿ‡! Yaamm!! ๐Ÿคค -3) I eat A LOT of any type of vegetables๐Ÿฅฆ๐Ÿ†๐Ÿฅ•, salads๐Ÿฅฌ๐Ÿฅ’ ๐Ÿฅ—(not grains, not mayonnaise sauce) with any type of protein๐Ÿ–๐Ÿ— . 4) I drink LOTS of water ๐Ÿ’ฆ during the day!! (do not mix it with food๐Ÿ˜‰) Donโ€™t add any sugar to your coffee โ˜•๏ธ or tea ๐Ÿ˜‰ Just try to skip adding sugar for one week !! And see what happened!โ˜บ๏ธ Try to drink a lot of fruit smoothies, natural juices ( Donโ€™t drink juices from grocery stores , there are lot of sugar there ๐Ÿ˜’) 5) I loveee fruits ๐ŸŒ๐Ÿ‰๐Ÿ…๐Ÿฅ but not at night ๐ŸŒ™! The most important thing is I DON'T EAT AT NIGHT!!โœจ I try to stop eating 3 hours before I go to sleep ๐Ÿ’ค and usually I have a light dinner! BUT I prefer FAST POWER WALKING. - First, if you want to get your legs lean-> FAST POWER WALKING IS THE SOLUTION! (Speed 4- 4.8) โœด๏ธ I'm a dancer and lalways engage my leg muscles in my work, they always look big and muscular to me ๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿคฃ I know it probably sounds silly hearing it from me, but it's totally contrary to my modeling work. I was very demanding to myself to find the solution, I've gone through the many experiments and I've read lots of articles and I FINALLY found the solution which works perfectly for me! โœ… Make sure that you are doing your cardio on a FLAT SURFACE. Walking uphill will use your quads, glutes & hamstrings and this will cause bulkiness. Second, I LOVE WALKING ๐Ÿšถโ€โ™€๏ธ because it does not exhaust you as quickly as running and I can always listen to my accent reduction course or podcast, read a book or watch a movie. (killing two birds with one stone๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ˜… I don't exclude RUNNING and RESISTANCE TRAINING from my fitness routine. Running burns ๐Ÿ”ฅ lot of calories and resistance exercises will increase your metabolism! You have to find THE BALANCE between the three of them that works perfectly for YOUR BODY TYPE !!
