A lot of you keep asking me, what I eat , how many times and how to eat a lot and stay fit๐ ! Iโm naturally skinny, yes, BUT , I still need to keep my body in a good shape !!! So hereโs my secrets & tips ๐ค โ
My diet is about 'PROPER TIMING and the PROPER
AMOUNT!'
1) I eat every 3-4 hours! Small portioned meals! ๐ฅ
2) Usually I don't eat carbs after 12pm (most of the time, only in the morning) but I eat CHOCOLATE ๐ซ (dark 75-90%) & sometimes other sweets with black coffee โ๏ธ. Because l love chocolate so much!๐ l can't NOT EAT it, but it's better in the morning than AT NIGHT + 0atmeal or cottage cheese with berries ๐! Yaamm!! ๐คค
-3) I eat A LOT of any type of vegetables๐ฅฆ๐๐ฅ, salads๐ฅฌ๐ฅ ๐ฅ(not grains, not mayonnaise sauce) with any type of protein๐๐ .
4) I drink LOTS of water ๐ฆ during the day!! (do not mix it with food๐) Donโt add any sugar to your coffee โ๏ธ or tea ๐ Just try to skip adding sugar for one week !! And see what happened!โบ๏ธ
Try to drink a lot of fruit smoothies, natural juices ( Donโt drink juices from grocery stores , there are lot of sugar there ๐)
5) I loveee fruits ๐๐๐ ๐ฅ but not at night ๐!
The most important thing is I DON'T EAT AT
NIGHT!!โจ I try to stop eating 3 hours before I go to sleep ๐ค and usually I have a light dinner! (veggies ๐ฒwith protein)

My workout always ends with stretching!! ๐
I want to remind you that-> Stretching after workout is very important!โ๐ผStretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints. Without it, the muscles shorten and become tight๐ฅด. But when you're running low on time, stretching can sometimes take a backseat and it may be tempting to skip it๐๐BUT It doesn't have to take long, and you can find shortcuts by stretching several muscles groups at once. Stretching decreases your stress!! Yeeesss๐. Stretching is a great way to relieve stress!!! Think about it ๐ Do you stretch after work out ?? How often ? Tell me the truth ๐..

Good morning โ๏ธ Want to share with you, one of my the coolest waterfall experience ...Cliff jumping๐๐..So extremely and so much adrenaline ๐ฅYou might think like โGiiirrrl, this is like kids one, what are you talking about?โ Lol ๐ But that was actually not the highest one , which I jumped from . After few jumps down, from the dangerous one , I supposed to say bye to my GoPro ๐ญ๐ฌ. So thatโs the only video I got ๐ Have you ever have accidents like that ? ๐คช

The answer is-> I do both! BUT I prefer FAST POWER WALKING.
- First, if you want to get your legs lean-> FAST
POWER WALKING IS THE SOLUTION! (Speed 4- 4.8) โด๏ธ
I'm a dancer and lalways engage my leg muscles in my work, they always look big and muscular to me ๐ ๐คฃ I know it probably sounds silly hearing it from me, but it's totally contrary to my modeling work. I was very demanding to myself to find the solution, I've gone through the many experiments and I've read lots of articles and I FINALLY found the solution which works perfectly for me! โ
Make sure that you are doing your cardio on a FLAT SURFACE. Walking uphill will use your quads, glutes & hamstrings and this will cause bulkiness.
Second, I LOVE WALKING ๐ถโโ๏ธ because it does not
exhaust you as quickly as running and I can always
listen to my accent reduction course or podcast, read a book or watch a movie. (killing two birds with one stone๐๐
I don't exclude RUNNING and RESISTANCE
TRAINING from my fitness routine. Running burns ๐ฅ lot of calories and resistance exercises will increase your metabolism!
You have to find THE BALANCE between the three
of them that works perfectly for YOUR BODY TYPE !!
