A lot of you keep asking me, what I eat , how many times and how to eat a lot and stay fit๐Ÿ˜‹ ! Iโ€™m naturally skinny, yes, BUT , I still need to keep my body in a good shape !!! So hereโ€™s my secrets & tips ๐Ÿค“ โœ… My diet is about 'PROPER TIMING and the PROPER AMOUNT!' 1) I eat every 3-4 hours! Small portioned meals! ๐Ÿฅ˜ 2) Usually I don't eat carbs after 12pm (most of the time, only in the morning) but I eat CHOCOLATE ๐Ÿซ (dark 75-90%) & sometimes other sweets with black coffee โ˜•๏ธ. Because l love chocolate so much!๐Ÿ˜‹ l can't NOT EAT it, but it's better in the morning than AT NIGHT + 0atmeal or cottage cheese with berries ๐Ÿ‡! Yaamm!! ๐Ÿคค -3) I eat A LOT of any type of vegetables๐Ÿฅฆ๐Ÿ†๐Ÿฅ•, salads๐Ÿฅฌ๐Ÿฅ’ ๐Ÿฅ—(not grains, not mayonnaise sauce) with any type of protein๐Ÿ–๐Ÿ— . 4) I drink LOTS of water ๐Ÿ’ฆ during the day!! (do not mix it with food๐Ÿ˜‰) Donโ€™t add any sugar to your coffee โ˜•๏ธ or tea ๐Ÿ˜‰ Just try to skip adding sugar for one week !! And see what happened!โ˜บ๏ธ Try to drink a lot of fruit smoothies, natural juices ( Donโ€™t drink juices from grocery stores , there are lot of sugar there ๐Ÿ˜’) 5) I loveee fruits ๐ŸŒ๐Ÿ‰๐Ÿ…๐Ÿฅ but not at night ๐ŸŒ™! The most important thing is I DON'T EAT AT NIGHT!!โœจ I try to stop eating 3 hours before I go to sleep ๐Ÿ’ค and usually I have a light dinner!
