




A lot of you keep asking me, what I eat , how many times and how to eat a lot and stay fit๐ ! Iโm naturally skinny, yes, BUT , I still need to keep my body in a good shape !!! So hereโs my secrets & tips ๐ค โ My diet is about 'PROPER TIMING and the PROPER AMOUNT!' 1) I eat every 3-4 hours! Small portioned meals! ๐ฅ 2) Usually I don't eat carbs after 12pm (most of the time, only in the morning) but I eat CHOCOLATE ๐ซ (dark 75-90%) & sometimes other sweets with black coffee โ๏ธ. Because l love chocolate so much!๐ l can't NOT EAT it, but it's better in the morning than AT NIGHT + 0atmeal or cottage cheese with berries ๐! Yaamm!! ๐คค -3) I eat A LOT of any type of vegetables๐ฅฆ๐๐ฅ, salads๐ฅฌ๐ฅ ๐ฅ(not grains, not mayonnaise sauce) with any type of protein๐๐ . 4) I drink LOTS of water ๐ฆ during the day!! (do not mix it with food๐) Donโt add any sugar to your coffee โ๏ธ or tea ๐ Just try to skip adding sugar for one week !! And see what happened!โบ๏ธ Try to drink a lot of fruit smoothies, natural juices ( Donโt drink juices from grocery stores , there are lot of sugar there ๐) 5) I loveee fruits ๐๐๐ ๐ฅ but not at night ๐! The most important thing is I DON'T EAT AT NIGHT!!โจ I try to stop eating 3 hours before I go to sleep ๐ค and usually I have a light dinner!
