Guys!! I WAS WHIPPED WITH AN OAK BROOM IN THE SAUNA for the FIRST TIME!! 🥵
Generally, I'm not a big fan of saunas, and I usually run out after just a few minutes 😅 but I really like hammams 🤤 ...
Anyway, I saw everyone hitting each other with brooms, so I decided to try it myself (actually, I just felt shy to ask someone...)
The sensations are PLEASANT, I like the smell of dried leaves, and the light breeze created by swinging the broom. An interesting combination of slight pleasant pain 😮‍💨

I continue to conquer the heights! 🏔 ... and battle the fear..

I continue to conquer the heights! 🏔 ... and battle the fear of heights while climbing 😜 The most difficult part for me is still the fall! 👀

It's tough because of the terrible dissonance in my head - you logically understand that everything will be fine with you, because:
1. You climbed just 2 meters
2. There's a whole heap of mats beneath you, softer than a feather bed, to cushion your fall 😁
3. Your hands are numb from how much your muscles have already reached their limit, and you realize that you can't hold on anymore, **BUT YOU'RE STILL HOLDING ON** because the fear is still strong 😬

Then you fall, and you realize... that it wasn't scary at all when you fell and when you landed. But until then...
And even logic doesn't help here ... but I really like pushing through this resistance again and again ☺️
So it's a super workout, not just for muscles, but also for **overcoming fears** ! 💫

I decided to attend a pottery workshop 🏺 I've never bee..

I decided to attend a **pottery workshop** 🏺
I've never been a fan of sculpting since childhood, but darn it ... I enjoyed touching and molding the clay so much that I couldn't get off that wheel 😭 It's soft, pliable, smooth... 😭😭😭
Do you know that test, what type you are? Auditory, kinesthetic? Well, I'm kinesthetic, I understand everything through "touching" and I really love touching people close to me, but unfortunately, because of increased anxiety over the past few years, I stopped doing it as I'm not sure whether they'll like it ... haha 😂

I find incredible focus when I engage in such activities, and it turns out so calmly, almost meditatively 🧘🏻‍♀️ Highly recommend it for folks experiencing stress—it's an amazing way to release tension 🥰🥰🥰

In a couple of weeks, the piece will be ready, I'll definitely show it to you 🥹💖
For now, here's what I've got, a little cup ☕️
