Iโm also feeling emotionally good enough to be back on my full routine again. Which means Iโm feeling better about my physical appearance ๐
Just a reminder that we are all humans going through human experiences. You make see a small piece of someoneโs life and feel like yours is more messy, but we are all the same ๐
Ride the waves without letting them suck you under ๐

You donโt have to be in the gym more than 3 days per week to see great results ๐ป ๐๐พ๐ฝ๐ป๐ฒ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ธ๐ท is key. You do have to learn how food works for your body and hone in on your nutrition; otherwise youโre spinning your wheels ๐ตโ๐ซ
