Did some practice poses for my Halloween shoot. Mostly I was practicing facial expressions. It's SO hard to make a not stupid looking face while trying to show off vampire fangs 🤣🤣 most of the time with cute "normal" pin up expressions and faces, you can't see them at all.

I am finally shooting the FINAL images for my calendar cover today!!! 🎉🎉🎉
Here are some images from the makeup and wig test I did. I'm going to try and recreate some of these in high res plus shoot an entire digital set and pictures for prints also! 🥰🥰 AHHHH SO EXCITED!!! I hope I do a good job 🥰🥰 it is very stressful to wonder if I got EVERY shot possible and to do good and interesting poses and enough of them to have plenty to choose from! I tried to use plenty of props to hopefully help with this. That is my actual water cup I use every day! I did not plan to use it. I was thirsty during the shoot so I went to take a drink. I noticed how it matched and I was like AWWW SO CUTE!!! 🤣🤣

Good news - I spent all day shooting my calendar cover yesterday and I got some really cute ideas! It was so fun seeing everything finally coming together! I am so glad I decided to go with this color scheme! The props I used are SO CUTE!!! 😭😭 you will love it!
Bad news - I'm definitely going to have to reshoot it again 😭😭 this was a huge learning experience for me! I needed to take selfies, photos for digital sets, polaroids, HD pics for prints, AND videos... and despite me getting ready and shooting for 6 hours - it was not enough time before I got tired! SO this is what i will call a dress rehearsal and shoot the rest of it again soon! Then I only need to do all of this for 12 more months 🤣🤣

Cat got me a cool monitor stand for my birthday and I finally get to use it tomorrow! 🎉🎉🎉
Ahhhhh! So nervous about shooting my calendar cover tomorrow! 😬😬😬 I couldn't sleep last night I was so anxious 🤣🤣 I spent all day cleaning up my HUGE explosion of a mess then setting up! I am going to wear one of my most favoritest pink wigs! I love all of the pastel colors then the neon pink font POPS! Do you remember the creepy fingers?! Well they are back 🤣🤣 also took forever to shape these nails to get what I wanted. I guess I can be a professional manicurist now?! 🤣🤣 I paint them on the fingers because I am too impatient to wait for the paint to dry when I paint my actual nails. I always mess them up!
Now I just need to try and think of a prop or 2 to use to make some interesting pics. I wish I had a giant lollipop! But I don't have any other ideas 😥 can you think of any?
