Well I've been eating a bit heavier the past few days. So far so good :)
I won't put on too much more, I just prefer the way I look leaner to be honest. Though that does mean I won't really build much.
At 146lbs, I'm significantly lighter than I used to be, about 7-10lbs of muscle loss over the past 1.5 years. While I miss the size sometimes (and the illusion of it making my waist smaller) I don't really miss the insane amount of dieting and eating I had to do lol.

I'm always torn between feeding heavily for a few days (resulting in high energy and awesome lifts, but increased fat and water storage). Or eating lean for a few more days to tighten up again.
