I did something huge for myself and Iām proud of it. Itās been a long time comin, but Iāve officially gone back to school to pursue holistic health coaching!
Quick lil backstory: I graduated in 2015 with my biomedical science degree. I thought I was going to become a doctor, but had a rude awakening when I worked on an ambulance as an EMT for a couple years. Iāll probably share more about it as the course continues but for now, just know that your health and well-being are the most important things in your life and that it goes farrr beyond what you put on your plate.
