Being a gainer and feedee is hard work sometimes. Just burned so many calories cleaning up a huge mess and needing to stand in the shower. All I can say is I hope the storm is over now. I feel so drained. Please keep me in your thoughts as I keep trying to push myself.

Just did a workout with one of my trainers. It was so difficult and embarrassing cos I couldn’t stop burping and belching like a pig plus none of my workout clothes fit properly. She thinks I need to improve my flexibility and add some muscle to help me carry the fat. I’m not sure I can do this. It’s too hard. Hoping some herbs and ice cream will make me feel better.
