It’s really the first time I’ve stretched or worked out since I miscarried. It felt good to move and breathe. It gets so easy to go through the motions of the day to day without being fully present. Maybe it’s how we numb the pain and survive hard times. But I want to feel again. And I definitely felt this morning! ❤️

And when I look at myself I don’t feel pale, aside from the emotional aspect that goes along with a miscarriage the hemorrhaging really took a lot out of me. It makes me appreciate my health and my energy and my zest for life now that I’m starting to feel better.

Went for a drive up the mountains today. This was my glimmer for the day, one of them. Energy wise I’m tired and feel weak. I suppose that’s normal after hemorrhaging bad like I did when I miscarried a couple days ago. I’ve miscarried before and it was never like that. 6 to 8 weeks to rebuild the levels I lost physically. I also feel like I’m pale, even my hands. Strangest thing to me. Thanks for all of your love and concern in the dms. I appreciate some of your messages more than you know.
