Hiiiii! I know I've been a bit quiet on both here and CB, and I just wanted to say how much I appreciate your patience and support! <3 I was in major need of some time off for my mental health, and needed to focus on other responsibilities that came up in my personal life. I am doing a lot better, and I hope to share some news with you all soon :) After a pretty draining week, I needed something to clear my mind. I've been wanting to find an indoor rock climbing gym to try out for the longest time, and finally made it happen over the weekend, as you can see from the photos 😄. Mr. Neighbor came along with me, and it ended up being so much fun! It's very physically challenging, and it was a huge reminder to stay consistent with my pull-ups haha. I can definitely see this being a new hobby 😊 I hope you're doing well, and I look forward to catching up with you all this week! ❤️

Hello Monday! 💪 Last week ended on a darker note, but after some journaling, meditation, and communication, I am closer to feeling rejuvenated :) I get a constant reminder in life that no matter how much we work to improve ourselves, it is inevitable to run into challenges that hinder your path. But what I'm working on shifting is my mindset -- To acknowledge that I may not have control over what happens to me, but that I have complete control over how I respond/react to every situation, as well as having the ability to make a change in my life at any given moment. As I grow older and gain more experience, I have learned how significant it is to set boundaries for your well-being, and that the people who genuinely respect you won't question or test those boundaries. Now that I got that off my chest lol, I am looking forward to this week! I completed a 38-hour fast, created a personal habit tracker to implement 3 habits I want to accomplish every day for the next 30 days (and hopefully beyond), and have the majority of the week to myself - which means more quality me-time that I desperately need 😅 I hope you all had a wonderful weekend, and thank you so much for understanding and giving me time to unplug over the past couple of days ❤️

Hope you’ve been having a wonderful weekend 🥰. I spent some quality time with my best friend that came to visit - we went to the farmers market, out to brunch, then browsed around Home Goods 😊.
