So maybe this is on us for not being more “well rounded,” but it’s absolutely disgusting that the system reddit has in place allows any random user to click 2 buttons and ruin YEARS of work without a real trial. An appeals system that doesn’t allow you to submit evidence supporting your claim, and caps your explanation at about the length of a Tweet, is NOT there to protect the victim - it’s to protect Reddit from a legal headache. They dgaf about their users. But we can rant all we want, it won’t change anything 🤷🏻♀️ As Taylor says, we just keep cruisin’ We’ve been planning a ton of new stuff over the last few months - lots for this page, but also on our other platforms like IG, TikTok, and Twitter. Update on the Reddit situation: still no word back from our appeal, but it’s not surprising since it’s the weekend. If we don’t hear back by Tuesday, we’ll probably submit another one. In the mean time, we’re trying to stay positive and are using the extra time we have to get serious about some other platforms we’ve been meaning to start for a while. Woke up to our Reddit being banned bc someone flagged a post of ours as “n0nc0nsensual intimate media” and the reporter said they were featured in our gif.
