I want to take the time to say some things, if that’s ok. My goal for this page is to be a place where you can come and have fun and take your mind off the world for a little bit. Sometimes I like to share more personal things, but for the most part I want this to be a space for relaxation and self care. I don’t speak of politics on here. However, sex work (what my job is defined as) is inherently political. Being a woman is inherently political. Being any marginalized person in the United States is inherently political. The election news was not unexpected, but it’s still disappointing. I do not know what this means for my job down the road. I do not know what this means for me as a woman down the road. However, I still want this space, for however long it exists, to be a space for you to get your mind off the tough things in the world and relax for a bit. With that, I don’t know when I’m going to feel super excited to film again. One of my rules to myself to make this job something I can do for a long, long time is only filming when I’m in the right headspace to do so. Today I don’t think I am. And it’s weighing on me, as I know I have video rates to get back to people. It’s weighing on me, as I want to always have new content for you. It’s weighing on me as this is my job and my income and I only have myself to rely on. So please, be patient and kind and understanding. I want to have fun creating content for you, I just need to get my head and my heart in the right place. Thank you for taking the time to read this 💖
