I’ve watched people closely online and observed that when they’re expressing pseudo-self-confidence, their posts will subtly involve comparison, challenging others to “see them at the top” or where they are, “come and get it” mentality, and will discourage others from displaying their own in passive-aggressive ways that attempt to set themselves higher than those viewing or reading their post. When you know what you’re actually looking for, it’s easy to spot. I challenge you to spot these along with me, to start viewing “self-confidence” through the lens that doesn’t involve deteriorating another in order to feel good about oneself, and see if you can spot true expressions of someone feeling good and happy within themselves, dependent on only themselves. You’ll soon become adept at seeing through those with scarcity mindset, the ones who are full of pomp but show little glimmers of fear, as if there’s only a little slice of the success they seek and that if anyone “compares” to them, they’ll lose their self-worth… because when you truly feel good, seeing others also feel good doesn’t affect or challenge you.

Accidentally got onto a big giant-salad kick and lost a bunc..

Accidentally got onto a big giant-salad kick and lost a bunch of weight (currently 132 😬) 😂 I honestly did not realize until I just weighed in on my bathroom scale, but it’s hard to chill when I have SO MUCH energy and have been enjoying so much more intense capabilities lately with the new mobility training I’ve been practicing. Sooooo, I guess I need to increase my carbs and start eating meals late at night again…? I usually fluctuate within a ten pound range, and this is LOW for me as I typically have been sitting at 140-ish, and yes the number on the scale doesn’t matter much to me, but that number tonight was a big surprise 😆
