Baking English muffins, or muffins in England 😊. I intended this to be on making the muffins from start to finish, but my dough isn’t rising 😏. If your dough rises, I mean if my dough rises, I’ll do another post on cooking them on the griddle.

Good morning! I’m having a bit of a slow morning. Here is a foggy morning in late September. In the winter I take my coffee and sit in front of the wood stove. In spring, summer, and fall I go outside and say good morning to the crows and check the weather.

In January and February I do a seed inventory, garden planning for the 4 vegetable gardens, order seeds and make a planting schedule. I love this process.
