The frog presses are my favorite! π 5 exercises π Drop sets π Band work All with intensity! I'm starting to really focus on glute training specifically, training them 2x a week and keeping my calories higher on those days to help with growth. Give this workout a try and let me know how you like it!

My father was named 'activist of the year' last year in Poland, being known for helping different orphanages and finding families in Poland who are in need of financial assistance. So for this, I will be donating to his 501c3 who work towards helping all the families who truly need it. I appreciate any and all support! Did you know, stretching before can have a negative impact on your training? You may be more likely to strain your muscles if you stretch before too. Stretching after makes sure your muscles are warmed up properly for a good stretch. Of course, there are people that swear on stretching before workouts, but I've had my best luck stretching after. The more you know π When do you prefer to stretch?
