Seems like there is some progress but not much movement on the scale....
It's hard to NOT be frustrated when working so hard.
But my clothes are fitting better. I'm taking bodyfat and tape measurements this afternoon to record my REAL progress...
And the best part...I feel much better already!

I was SO excited to do some filming this morning! I set up my phone as my guy got frisky this morning and started blowing my morning wood. He knew I saved a 3 day load so I could have him film as I unloaded.
I passed him the camera. He shot the scene. Then shot his load all over my chest.

Listed the house and it sold in 8 days. Enjoyed the last of the nice fall weather in my very private backyard. Took care of some long overdue closure. Emotional and exhausting but at the same time totally excited to move forward with the next new chapter to close out 2021!
