A lot of people have been asking me what my love language is lately. I think really - it depends on my mood, who I’m with, what’s going on in my life at the time… but there is one thing that is constant — *Acts of service* - I love being taken care of. I love feeling supported through life. I love the idea of someone helping me do the things I don’t want to do (or can be hard to do alone), so I can do more of what I *desire.* And truthfully, I went through a period of time in my earlier adulthood that I actually rejected being cared for. There’s a lot to say about this, but at the core, I had trauma with the wounded masculine and feared more manipulation. I thought I had something to prove. And I thought I needed to do it all on my own to stay safe. To prove my capabilities. I am so glad I’ve been able to heal these parts of my story. Now I am able to call in support and service in a way that nourishes me and helps me thrive. Healing is beautiful ❤️

Getting settled into my space. 🖤 My loose “goals” (intentions) are - 1) Rest ••• Between all the caregiving for family and fur babies, new year life changes, getting sick, and finishing out my house project, I have been completely and utterly depleted in ways that are hard to admit. Restoring my mind/body/spirit is #1! 2) Reconnection ••• Along with rest, I want to reconnect with myself in ways that I’ve neglected. I’ve been muddling through the muck and mundane for months. I am being called into nature and into deep meditation and plant medicine. 🍄🙏🏼 3) Re-ignition ••• I want to reignite my creative spark. I am simply not *me* and living my own unique design if I am not creating! It is literally fuel to my existence and happiness. And my environment is key to my stability and *ability* to create, so I made sure to book a beautiful space that nourishes my spirit, while serving as a safe sanctuary to feel into my desires. (I cannot wait to masturbate A LOT. 😂)
