No makeup, no filter, hair washed but un-styled… but I feel so PRETTY!! I unplugged a bit today and took my son to the public pool for a few hours. I was feeling a little ‘off’ before hand; anxiety and just blue for some reason. But as soon as I got into the water and started playing tag with my kiddo, the bad feelings all went away. I sometimes have to remind myself that my anxiety is lying to me. It wants me to stay inside. But when I push myself to get out, I rarely regret it. And we had a BLAST! Hiccups and all 😂 I also got an amazing workout chasing him around and vice versa. Now I’m cozied up with a book while he watches a movie. Feeling grateful ❤️ Thankful for all of you here who support me through thick and thin!
