Your mind is a storyteller that interprets reality. When you were born, your mind was almost a blank slate. It uploaded all the stories around you. As you aged, you started developing a kinesthetic version of yourself. As you develop we had songs that helped us to learn ourselves. Like do the Hokey Pokey and turn around... However, somewhere along the way we lose ourselves in all these stories and many of us by the age of 20 or 30 feel lost in the system or the prison of our own minds. The hardest thing about failing or our life not being good enough is realising it is our own limiting beliefs that cause us to struggle, not the world's fault. So many of us grow to live a monotonous life and create justifications, identifications, blame everyone but ourselves, tie our self worth in stigmas and untruths and expect the world to or another to give us what we need. But no amount of this amounts to anything. Trust me I know. When I was at my darkest point (I write about this in my book). I did just that. I ended up attempting on my life. Lucky I failed but it woke me up. It was a turning point. It made me see it was painful to live like this and it was painful to relearn, change, grow and reprogram. However the second option gave me possibilities and better tomorrows. The first option left me lost, anxious and depressed and I no longer wanted to be that. I am not writing this to blame society or share how bad it is. I am just writing this to remind you, you have options but you have to be the option and choose you. The truth is to every goal and change in life the reason so many of us do not achieve is because we are looking for things that do not exists: This is not a quick fix. There is no handout You are your hero. This is a lifestyle. This is your life's work: To see what you are capable of. But only you can do your life's work. Choose this 2024 to write stories of empowerment and possibilities, not blame and justifications. Next time you feel like you are failing or bored, don't quit, pivot. Pursue another challenge that utilizes the skills you've acquired. For example if you get bored of your workouts, try a new one. If you get bored of your diet, learn to cook something new. When you feel your mental deposition is not balanced, make a more clear step and small goals between what overwhelms you and where you want to be so you dont get lost in that feeling. This 2024 deconstruct your stories and understand the stories of your mind that are running your life. Create a story that serves you rather than hinders you. If we want to ‘heal’ our triggers, trauma, unhealthy teachings and fears, we have to see we are not our fear. It may be a part of us but it is not us. However we also have to let go of the concept that something from the outside is inducing fear inside of us that we have to avoid or battle against. Our fear is something that wants to be heard and nourished, not ignored or shamed. Looking at ourselves in a negative way is learned. All the words I say about myself that are not positive were first said by someone else to me or I heard on the grapevine. We all are impacted from the beginning of our lives by external factors to bring sudden awareness of ourselves and our society labeled flaws. We end up in this process losing the sense of our own awesomeness that we naturally bring into this world as a kid. We so often look at kids in awe as they are joyous, happy and in the moment, they dance and play and sing and cry until, at a certain yôung age, it stops because they (we) are made to feel it no longer has space to belong. That is when we first learn that we are only loved under conditions. What if we changed this and love and shame became friends that found harmony. How would this look, or what tools would society need to introduce so we can all find more self love and acceptance? Comment below

Groin Rehab Exercises Complete 3-4 times a week for 4 weeks. Chronic groin pain can literally be a pain in the butt. The groin area is home to a multitude of different muscles, tendons, ligaments, and most importantly your private areas! Therefore, many times it’s hard to pinpoint the exact area of pain, and thus when it comes to groin rehab, we oftentimes take the approach of strengthening everything and building tissue resiliency of all the muscles in that region. You can never go wrong with a strong and bulletproof groin complex. Much like the sacroiliac joint which relies on all the muscles surrounding it to provide stability, a concept known as force closure, we treat the groin region similarly. The adductors, hamstrings, hip flexors, glutes, and most importantly the lower abdominals must all work in unison to provide stability to the groin complex. These are some exercises to get you started some foundation work. Remember it’s an ongoing process and we all heal differently. It’s your journey, listen to your body. Most groin strains are treated conservatively. The amount of time that a groin injury needs to fully recover depends on the severity of the strain. For example a grade I minor strain could fully resolve within a couple of weeks, whereas a more severe Grade II may take up to two months. It is important to receive a proper diagnosis from a trained healthcare professional to ensure you have an understanding of the prognosis and a timeline for recovery. So here’s me drinking coffee in between building furniture still, thinking about training as I have home work for my handstand coach to submit and doing work for clients. Our first workout will be shitty Our first video we make to share on social media probably will not be that great Our first time we try a handstand will probably be a fail Our first online blog will probably have a lot of lessons learned in it Often our first things we do aren't all they crack up to be. But we can't have success or growth without doing our first of anything. So let's get over it and make it happen. Knowing this is only the beginning where we end up and what we end up doing has so much potential. To win in life isn't about doing things well it's about showing up and starting. You need 3 daily wins and they are not what society tells you. 1) A physical win: • Walking, stretching, lifting... 2) A mental win: • Reading, writing, creating, learning, doing a sudoku... 3) A spiritual win: • Gratitude, meditating, studying, growing... You can always win at life when you just show up and do your best. The truth is I know people workout at 4 a.m before working two jobs or 11pm after working 2 jobs. I’ve known introverts who became great communicators when an important relationship needed it. I’ve seen people who weren’t "ready" suddenly commit to the right person. My mum started yoga at 70 with Multiple Sclerosis, she still drives a car and is learning another language. My dad was told he would never walk again after shattering his femur and having a metal rod inserted into it. He is walking, surfing and so many other things. My brother was told he would never run again after a hip operation. He has run the Hawaiian Marathon and the Sydney marathon. I have 2 friends who were told they would not beat cancer. During their cancer treatment they not only battled cancer but had two kids and are still walking this earth to share their lives. I have dyslexia that is why you see a lot of mistakes. I was told I would never amount to much. Ive written a book https://www.amazon.com/Brave-Beautiful-Baring-All-Happiness/dp/1786782898 and learned another language. It is about choosing our priorities and what is important to us. People give effort to what’s important to them. Problems don’t solve themselves because you avoid them; they just snowball into bigger shit until it gets out of control. Solve your shit now before it outgrows your control. Focus on what you can do. The odds are not what we are battling alone, it is our own thoughts and selves. Be your own cheerleader. Believe and Achieve Rhy xo

It makes sense in some ways for me to be in the middle of building a new chapter of my life at the start of the year and new furniture as everyone says new year, new you. Here is a little bit of my practice where ever I can get it I will....Practice never stops for me even when you do not see it on socials..... I see it a bit differently than most. You are still the same you but using you to show up in a new and smarter way is the aim. You have always had everything you need inside of you to achieve your goals, you just haven't used you (everything inside you) properly yet. If I had been in a position like this 10 years ago I would have handled this with less grace. I would have been struggling even more and hiding it too. I used to keep my dark thoughts to myself pretending everything was okay and feeling like a failure until it beat me down so heavily I was paralysed by life. These days life is still beating me to a pulp but I just prefer to make that pulp smooth and drink it like a smoothie of lessons to grow and learn and build character. Just like a smoothie you have to blend down the ingredients and drink it to get the vitamins and minerals from it. I see it as being two results from making mistakes: 1) 10,000 ways not to do things and be deterred or 2) Success by 10,000 ways not to do things. You are either a slave to or the student of the lessons that life presents at any low point of your life. Let us choose a student of lessons that life presents. Amazing things happen when we do not let fear hold us back. The truth is I wish that I was in a different position. I wish I was better at furniture building. I wish that I didn't feel so exhausted and lost in what I am doing. I wish I had people to help me to create my online content and respond. However, I am grateful that I am learning, I am grateful for the new experiences ahead, I am grateful that I get to connect with you person to person and you know you get to connect to me. I am grateful for the hard work because many people do not get to be here in life any more. They lost that opportunity, life went too soon. So I will take it hard because life is worth it. Beating ourselves up over our mistakes is pointless… 1) We can’t undo them 2) Mistakes are also how we learn. What is a mistake in the last year you learned a lot from? As I read through what I write before I post this...I guess the real question is, are we collecting mistakes or collecting lessons? The key lies in transforming those failures into stepping stones towards success, rather than letting them be mere stumbling blocks. This is what life looks like right now It’s a mess! I’m feeling super overwhelmed. I’ve just moved from Bangkok to Switzerland Building furniture by hand. Have two beds built so far. Still a whole apartment of furniture to build and unpack. It’s gonna take a while! I’m not a girl that has it altogether. I’m a girl showing up doing her best. I share real life because life is hard, it’s the art of suffering well. So with our health we can suffer well and get over any challenge. I’m still training. I’m not very little online because I’ve got not much Internet, no phone. But it’s all happening. This year has started out a bit much and it’s just not stopping but I wanted to drop in say hi. I’m still here and have not forgotten about you all. A few more days I’ll have home internet and a few extra pieces of furniture. If you are feeling overwhelmed and life is challenging you. Know you are not alone. I don’t know which way to look. One step at a time we’ve all got this. Try asking yourself the following questions: Can I acknowledge that I messed up without telling myself I’m a mess? Can I practice regret without falling into an abyss? Can I take responsibility without blaming myself? Can I apologize for a mistake instead of hoping everyone will just move on? Can I acknowledge a time when I could have been a better leader in my own life? Can I release myself from the shame of having not responded sooner to someone so that I can finally reach out? Can I accept that I will be okay even if someone who hurt me—a parent, former partner, friend, or stranger—never acknowledges the pain they caused? Can I let someone treat me for a coffee, dinner, or movie without feeling guilty? Can I accept help from another without jumping to the conclusion that they want something from me? Can I hold my point of view without being validated for it? This shoot was the first time I let go into self love and act that allowed me not to be defined by my externals or shame.
