Umeboshi.... Japanese plum pickling This is the 2nd time I've made this, takes a long time to pickle and to get right. Some ppl eat them around 1 year, some wait 5 years. I'm using slightly less salt, but have to weigh down for 5days before sun drying them and rejarring again.

Made this for today, took couple attempts but finally got it right x Chinese steamed pasta/lasagna. You roll it and can be filled with prawns, pork, veg, plain...anything you like really and it has a light sweet soy dipping sauce. I miss Dim Sum and dumplings x
