How do you like your milk? 🐮🥛 There are pros & cons when it comes to consuming animal products/dairy. In general, I try to eat dairy free, however I have moments where I do not. When it comes to milk though, I prefer a milk alternative. I’m actually thinking of making my own hemp milk at home. Apparently you don’t have to soak it before blending or strain it after. I’ll keep you posted!
