Happy Saturday! Need a quick workout to squeeze in this week..

Happy Saturday! Need a quick workout to squeeze in this weekend? I got you 🀘🏼 1️⃣ Warm up squats: 10-12 reps with a challenging but comfortable weight to warm up those legs πŸ”₯ 2️⃣ Pulse squats: 10 reps, pulse up down at the bottom for extra burn and TUT (time under tension) CRITICAL for building mass πŸ‘ 3️⃣ Single- leg bench lunges: great isolation movement for quads and glutes. This one will test your balance and recruit those fast twitch muscle fibers. Make sure your stepping far enough back on the lunge to reduce strain in the knee! 10-12 reps each side 4️⃣ Deadlift with dumbbells: a staple in my hamstring routine! Make sure your back in not arching and your feeling the pull in the hamstrings and keeping your weight mostly on the heels. 10-12 reps REPEAT 4 TIMES!! That’s it! Your booty should be burning and your ready for the weekend! 😜 Look out for an upper body workout coming soon on @oftv !! Download their app to see it first πŸ’ͺ🏼

HAMMIES & QUADS πŸ”₯ here we have two of my favorite β€œvariation” exercises to tone and build mass on your hamstrings, glutes and quads πŸ₯΅ 1️⃣ DEADLIFT ON PLATE LOADED SQUAT LUNGE: who loves this machine πŸ™‹πŸ½β€β™€οΈ It has so many uses but my favorite is to use it for deadlifts! Is usually load more weight but today I was going for high reps, so MAX OUT πŸ’¦ 2️⃣ CABLE STANDING LEG EXTENTION: heres a new one 😜 love to use this machine on days where I’m focusing on using lower weight and maxing out on reps (hypertrophy training) it’s a great single leg isolation exercise, make sure your working knee stays in line with your non working knee, MAX OUT I’ve felt a little under the weather the past few days πŸ₯Ί, so I’m sorry if I haven’t been as active but I’m getting through it! Ayy she’s back with another leg workout πŸ€ͺ kept this one short and sweet! So LETS GET TO IT!! 1️⃣ BARBELL CROSS BACK LUNGE: I love lunges but I like to switch them up! There’s so many variations to this exercise. I feel that doing it in this way targets my lower and middle glute πŸ‘ we all want that juicy peach! 10-12 reps with 60 pound bar 2️⃣ DUMBBELL STIFF-LEG SINGLE-LEG DEADLIFT: easier than it sounds πŸ˜‚ this is a great isolation exercise for the hamstrings πŸ’― your working leg should be straight, with your non working leg slight bent at the knee. Keep your core tight and no arching that back! 10 reps each side with 12.5 pound dumbbells 3️⃣ PULSE SQUATS: ooo baby do these burn! You will for sure be sore the next day! Go with a lighter weight, but not too light 🀨 while keeping proper form, pulse two times at the bottom. This adds TUT (time under tension). Make sure it’s not straining your back and your pushing up with your glutes from your heels. 10-12 reps with 25 pounds each side. 4️⃣ SQUAT LUNGE DEADLIFTS: this machine can be used to do squats, lunges, and deadlifts! 😍 on this day my focus was hamstrings and glutes! Go heavy on this one! Remember no arching your back! 10-12 reps with 20 pounds each side YOU DID IT!! Did you love? DOUBLE BENCH DUMBBELL SQUAT πŸ’ͺ🏼 You all know how much I love squats πŸ”₯ amazing compound movement to target multiple muscle groups. BUT not all squats are created equal and some may have limitations to the exercises they can perform πŸ₯Ί here we have a great variation if your not ready for the squat rack πŸ’― I like to add the double bench to get more range of motion and deepen the squat 😀 pulse at the bottom for extra TUT (time under tension) your workout is what you make it!!
