Hey guys, this is an update video about where I'm at in my gaining journey in general. I'm currently focusing on muscle gains and taking a break from fat gains, so I've lost some weight. But I do feel like I'm putting on a significant amount of muscle. Eating a fuck ton of protein seems to be helping.
