My dears, I've had such a hard week!😭😭😭 I must confess to you: I got sick. I haven't been able to get over it for a week. For a while it was difficult for me even to get out of bed...🤒 But you know what's funny? I feel very bad, but at the same time I constantly think about how much I want to go to training! 😅I even started reviewing photos and videos from the audience. Maybe it's because I miss the energy that overwhelms me every time I actively exercise. I watch movies, TV shows, read books or just lie on the couch and daydream. In fact, this is a great way to spend time in a useful way.
