Stability ball jacknife (3x15) : This core exercise does double duty by strengthening the hip flexors and crunching your abs! 2. Jumping Squats (5x5) : Not only will it help add a little spice to an otherwise dull exercise BUT it also helps you increase your cardiovascular demands of the exercise! 3. Hip Thrust With A Barbell (3x10) : Basically if you want to take your bottom to the next level, you need to start doing these! ๐Ÿ‘ (Yes, better than squats) But remember to put a pad around the bar so your hips donโ€™t bruise! โ€˜Skinnyโ€™ CARBONARA ๐Ÿฅฌ Iโ€™ve had so many messages asking me to post my meals so here it is! ๐Ÿ˜‹ Very quick & easy to make! ๐Ÿ“–Ingredients (2 servings): 1 onion 3 rashers of bacon 2 cloves of garlic 2 cups of spinach 1 Cup of peas 1 tbsp of pesto 40g Parmesan cheese 1 egg 2 servings of the pasta of your choice (about 150 grams) ๐Ÿฝ Method: 1. Chop up the onion and bacon. Throw in a frying pan on medium heat. -start cooking pasta- 2. Add the remaining ingredients into a blender and blend together. (Three 20 seconds pulses, unless you want smoother then continue blending). 3. Place the blended ingredients into your pan with your cooked pasta & stir together for 3-6 minutes. Add a pinch of salt & pepper for extra taste!

๐Ÿ”…For the purpose of length Iโ€™m doing this sped up. I am NOT a runner but I need a warm up before I go to weights. I go sprint-rest intervals. ๐Ÿ”…I start off speed walking for 5 minutes. Then I sprint (speed depends on how lazy I am ๐Ÿ™ƒ) for 3 minutes, rest for 1, sprint for 3, rest for one, and so on until I feel warmed up. ๐Ÿ”…Fun fact: holding your arms above your heart helps you canโ€™t your breath faster ๐Ÿ˜‰
