There’s something truly magical about the power of shared focus. When two or more minds hold the same intention, incredible things can happen. For example, there are times when I’m searching for something in my house and can’t find it. I’ll call a friend to share my frustration, and suddenly, as if by magic, the missing item appears!

After yoga, I had to drop off the rental car, pick up my car, and make it to home for a zoom call by 8:30, so I was rushing. When I got back to the office, I realized I couldn’t find one of my shoes! I called the auto shop and the rental place, but no one had seen it.

Then, just now, I got a call from the auto shop. “Is the shoe white?” they asked.

“Um… yeah?”

“Okay, we found it—in the street!”

I shared this story with my ADHD friend and she totally gets it!
