So I took a break from diet and exercise during quarantine and started back on Keto & a regular daily work out regimen while I’m still working from home! I’ve lost to much water weight I was feeling myself so much today that I recorded and shit a ton of new content 🤩 Tonight I made Parmesan crusted salmon with bacon wrapped scallops with saladdddd, so let me know if you’d like me to start posting my recipes on here 🤤 (I’ve work in restaurants since I was 16 and recently shifted towards the food aspect instead of the drinks aspect for expanding my knowledge base!)
