I was a server/bartender for almost 10 years. I actually really enjoyed it, although I'm not a huge drinker. I worked thru a lot of the pandemic but once the restaurant I was at shut down for a few weeks then I moved on. Now, this is what I do! And I love it💜 but also remember, what you do for a living doesn't equate to your value as a person. For the longest time I directly correlated my value with the amount of money I made, and I didn't feel like I benefited the people in my life unless I was providing something for them. It's really skewed how I've felt about myself a lot of times, but the way in which you benefit capitalism isn't what your life should revolve around. Unless you're absolutely head over heels for what you do, in which case..that's fucking amazing and you may have found the secret to life

Yooo! Okay! so even tho the response to me talking more on here was small, it was still positive responses and that was very encouraging. Shout out to the people who commented and messaged me💜 I'm slowly going to post more and more stuff so you can get to know me better:) for those of you who don't know, I garden! This was actually my first year doing it and I crushed it, clearly. Squirrels were my absolute worst enemy this year, but I learned a lot and next year will be even better. Growing stuff yourself is very rewarding, you should try it:)
