But once I finally rolled out of bed, I braved the 30ish degree morning, headed to the pools, and took a short plunge in the river. It was about 40 degrees. Finally made it to my vacation destination deep in the mountains last night. Pretty stiff after a long ride in the car but I was able to relax a bit in one of the hot springs. I want to go hiking this morning but the bed is so comfy, I'm not ready to get up quite yet. Just a few more minutes...

It's going to be a great week! It took me all weekend plus a full day of leave on Friday but I finally got caught up on the chores and started tearing down the garden for the year 😥 I even got ahead on my homework, so I don't have to worry about it on vacation next week.
