I've not been looking after myself very well the last 10 days or so. Not been eating great, not been exercising properly, I've ignored red flags, drank too much & used. I am making a conscious decision to pack this shit in - gonna be sober for the rest of the month, eat my veggies, do some slow yoga & journal my thoughts so I can regain awareness of my feelings. It's close to the end of the month. How have you been doing? There is this unspoken pressure to make big changes at the beginning of a new year. I value it to an extent but I also realise big changes can start every day. I hope you're being gentle with yourself. Every day is a reset. You can take control back at any time.
