Hi my loves I just wanted to give you a quick and personal update. My live show has been on hold as you guys can tell. Since January I’ve been slowly increasing my antidepressants which takes time and patience. I’ve yet to find the proper therapeutic dose that works long term but the medication I’m on definitely is THE ONE. I just had an increase and I believe this is the dose that will do the trick for me! Unfortunately while slowly increasing the doses to see what will work, if the dose is too low I trickle back into a state of depression. I remained in denial when I slipped back into a depressive state and tried to hold out before getting an increase this past month.This was idiotic on my part because my work and personal life suffer. I feel much better now that I’ve doubled my current dose and am currently shooting a new solo! I know I sound like a broken record but mental health isn’t an overnight fix. Due to my previous addiction and other issues I never really got to focus on my mental health like I have this year. Now that I’m committed to being the best version of myself I am doing everything I can to take care of myself. You guys have seen me struggle A LOT. I’m getting there little by little, striving to do better, and will always cherish your support 🖤 I love you all very much and the connections I have with each of you. You are all so precious to me! My deepest apologies for any late customs which I will be adding time to and completing. I was so overtaken by this wave of depression that for days on end I couldn’t do anything. Some days I wouldn’t even drink water or eat. This is no excuse but I at least want to share so that you might understand what I struggle with behind closed doors. I’m hoping that in me being transparent you guys know you’re not alone in your mental health struggles. I struggle just like you guys but I hope that just like I refuse to give up that you guys won’t either. It gets better but you have to be willing to fight for it.
