Messing around trying out a new ultra fine dental burr. Check out the super fine hole it drills in the model tooth. It’s used for really small cavities. Then I filled the small hole with temp filling material. Finished temp filling in the pictures. The patient would come back in a week or two for the permanent filling.

Then she is numbed up with a full carpule of ligno. Then it’s on to some light drilling because she had some sharp spots on an old amalgam. Finally she is finished off with some amalgam polishing. Old amalgams get dull so she left with a shiny new one. Next months video will be something special from the real dental clinic. Ideas are welcome I may just pick yours and video your idea!! Of course he did, after a quick spray of air on the tooth he knew. and she knew the injections were coming. The first one passed with minimal pain, but when he inserted the injection for the second one you can hear her moans. Keep an eye on her hands during the first, you can see the clench of them. We had a cancellation mid day just before lunch, and nurse Amy has always been keen to try the sedation we use for nervous patients. There was never a better time for her to try it ! She lay down and I strapped the black anaesthesia mask to her face before turning the volume to full. Within minutes she was out, and her limp body was stretched across my chair at my full mercy. What to do with her !??? Leave comments below for Amy to read. She loves reading what you guys would do if she was at your full mercy in the chair.
