The full exam video will be posted some time in the next week. We also advised to return for a manual scale and Polish, so when Kate books in for that appointment we will let you guys know. I love the frown Amy gives me the moment the drill burr touches her molars. It’s almost like she’s surprised at the feeling every time it happens, even though she’s far from a stranger to the drill.

News 🚨 Today we had Kate in with me and Amy for her initial basic examination. She is super nervous around dentists so we tried to make her as relaxed as possible. She has one amalgam filling and a recent (6 month) wisdom tooth extraction. We advised her to come back in around a months time for a light manual scaling and a polish as she has some small build up around her lower front teeth. Nurse ravens first time using the slow speed polisher and prophy paste. You wouldn’t think she hadn’t used a hand piece prior to this video. She’s a natural! We can’t wait to get more hands on with her next time around and maybe she can have a supervised go at the high speed drill 😉
