First time in weeks I've been able to go to the gym! 🎉 I did almost 45 mins of cardio (dang knee is still feeling weird 😩) and that feels like a solid start! I'm so thankful for covid helping me drop almost 10 pounds 😅 it's definitely helped me towards my goal!
