I'm taking my approach to working out slightly different lately when I actually make it to the gym, and last night felt fan fucking tastic. I ran a bit easier than I normally do, only a mile instead of a mile and a half but still. I even upped the weight on my normal machines AND went for more reps.
Andandand then, I even tried my weak little hand at a bench press. It was embarrassing, but better than I could have done before 🥰
I locked my car key, somehow only the car key, in my car yesterday and then proceeded to hide under a blanket til I gained some sanity back 🙃
