The toughest thing about Only Fans and fitness is the pressure to stay fit and look a certain way for you guys! Most of you know I have struggled with anxiety especially over the past year or so. I gained 30 lbs since the day I started Only Fans (November 15, 2020) mostly from my anxiety meds. It’s hard to get used to my new body, but I have learned to (mostly) accept it. Often it’s hard to not compare yourself to others, but I’m trying to appreciate my fitness journey and look at it as more of a lifestyle rather than some thing I will one day obtain and “finally be happy!” I chose to take a step back and enjoy the ride from here on out. Who’s with me?

Lately it’s been hard for me to stay motivated! But I’m getting back into the swing of things! Taking a week off the gym isn’t going to kill you! Make sure you’re keeping up with your mental health as well as your physical health. Both are equally important and sometimes you just need a break! ❤️❤️
