I go to the gym 3 times a week - emphasis on strength training: I love to feel my body getting stronger. And then yoga to get back to myself, breathing and flexibility. Nutrition? Without fanaticism, but with awareness: more whole foods, less chaos 🍎🥦 Not a diet, but a lifestyle where I am the top priority
