I try to go in 3-4 times a week, usually after my workout sessions. You donโt need to overdo it 15 to 20 minutes per session is plenty. Just enough to get a good sweat going and let your body relax. So i wanted to share my obsession with you guys and my reasons:๐ฅฐ โฌ๏ธ
