I’ve been working out constantly for about 4 months and I can say I’m starting to notice changes in my body after week 18!! During this time I had to go to the gym without motivation the majority of the time, and that’s the key. Sadly motivation isn’t permanent, and that’s when discipline it’s so important. But I started noticing changes in my strength, posture, energy, mental health and libid the firsts weeks. My point is, create new habits it’s always hard but the process feels very satisfying 💗

Remember that move your body is fundamental for a good health in the future, you don’t have to go to the gym if you don’t enjoy it, you can find something you love and makes you move your body. (Remember me try dancing lessons because I always forget it and I want it so much lol)
