We are out here again and I've got a new workout for ya! I know abs is always a thing folks are working on, especially with the summer body rush around the corner. No pressure, remember these things take time and it's a step by step consistency game. You've got this!
Later on I'm releasing a Behind the scenes video to go with this week that involves me installing a light fixture. Something I've never done before, and it goes pretty much how you'd expect.
